How does shipping work?
We ship across the United States from Clifton, New Jersey. Orders over $35 ship free. Boxes are packed once a month, and your confirmation email shows the ship date.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Because skincare is personal, opened products cannot be resold, so patch test anything new first.
What is in the Korean skincare mystery box?

What is PDRN?
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is made of DNA fragments, usually sourced from salmon. It is one of the most talked-about ingredients in Korean skincare, used in formulas for skin that looks smoother and more refreshed.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Read the ingredient list, patch test new products on a small area first, and introduce one at a time. Ask your dermatologist if you have a skin condition.
